The Maryland State Bar Association Estate & Trust Section Membership and Outreach Committee is sponsoring an interactive panel discussion on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at noon at the University of Baltimore School of Law. Our panelists will be discussing their various legal career paths in estates and trusts, along with practical issues that might be on the NextGen Bar Exam, such as client advice and drafting documents, and the use of AI in the estate and trusts practice context. The panelists will also have time to answer questions directly from the audience so please do not hesitate to bring the difficult questions that have been weighing on you for after you’ve conquered law school! This is also an excellent networking opportunity for law students to engage and meet successful estates and trusts attorneys outside the classroom so we hope to see you there!
